RFP No. 19/20-04 HELP DESK SYSTEM

Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) is seeking proposals to establish Master Agreements for help desk systems and related services that can meet the current and future needs of Ed Tech JPA Associate Members in the most cost effective manner. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.  

Announcements

The intent to award anticipated posting date has been rescheduled to on or before January 28, 2020.  The anticipated award date remains February 3, 2020. 

The intent to award anticipated posting date has been rescheduled to on or before January 24, 2020 and the anticipated award date has been rescheduled to February 3, 2020. 

The intent to award anticipated posting date has been rescheduled to on or before January 15, 2020 and the anticipated award date has been rescheduled to January 23, 2020. 

The intent to award anticipated posting date has been rescheduled to on or before January 17, 2020 and the anticipated award date has been rescheduled to January 30, 2020.  Ed Tech JPA appreciates vendors' patience as we review proposals. 

The intent to award anticipated posting date has been rescheduled to December 9, 2019 and the anticipated award date has been rescheduled to December 19, 2019.

The intent to award anticipated posting date has been rescheduled to November 26, 2019 and the anticipated award date has been rescheduled to December 5, 2019.

The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference will be a Question and Answer format.  Responses to questions will be provided in the RFI on the Ed Tech JPA website.  Please contact MichelleBennett@iusd.org  to RSVP.

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on  October 14, 2019.  Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.

Ed Tech JPA is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on October 28, 2019.

Ed Tech JPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to Ed Tech JPA in response to this RFP shall remain the property of Ed Tech JPA.  Ed Tech JPA shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
