RFP No. 18/19-03 learning management solution platform
The anticipated dates for the Intent to Award Posting and Board Award have been updated to May, 2019.
Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) is seeking proposals to establish Master Agreements for Learning Management Solution Platforms and related services that can meet the current and future needs of Ed Tech JPA Associate Members in the most cost effective manner. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.
Announcements
The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference will be a Question and Answer format. Responses to questions will be provided in the RFI on the Ed Tech JPA website. Please contact MichelleBennett@iusd.org if you would like information to attend via conference call.
Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to Michelle Bennett at MichelleBennett@iusd.org, no later than 12:00 pm on March 22, 2019. Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.
Ed Tech JPA is currently advertising in the OC Register and accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on Monday, April 8, 2019.
Ed Tech JPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to Ed Tech JPA in response to this RFP shall remain the property of Ed Tech JPA. Ed Tech JPA shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.
